      Patient app: Leaderboard

      The Leaderboard feature in Lace AI Pro adds a fun and motivating way to track your training progress, celebrate milestones, and see how you compare to other users. It’s designed to keep you engaged and help you build healthy training habits.

      What are Leaderboards?

      Leaderboards show rankings based on your training activity, such as the number of exercises completed or how long your current streak is.

      You can access the Leaderboard directly from:

      • Your Patient Dashboard (web and mobile app)

      Types of Leaderboards

      You can view leaderboards based on exercises completed or streaks (how many days in a row you’ve trained).

      1. Exercises Leaderboard

      Tracks the total number of exercises completed within a time period:

      • All time
      • This week
      • Last week
      • This month
      • Last month
      • Last year

      2. Streaks Leaderboard

      Tracks how many days in a row you’ve completed exercises:

      • Current streak
      • Longest streak

      Badges & Achievements

      Badges celebrate your milestones and appear in your achievements. You can earn badges for:

      • Streaks (e.g. 3 days straight or top 25% in longest streaks ever achieved)
      • Exercises completed (e.g. top 50% in exercises completed last month)

      Privacy & Display Names

      We respect your privacy. You have the ability to opt in or out of the leaderboard at any time.

      • Only first name, last initial, city, state are shown by default.
      • You’ll be asked during onboarding if you’d like to appear on the leaderboard.
      • If you opt out, you won’t appear on the leaderboard.
      • You can change your Leaderboard visibility anytime in your settings.



      Where to find the Leaderboard


      On Mobile:

      • Patient Dashboard: Look for “Checkout the leaderboard”—click to open the leaderboard.
      • Achievements Page: Look for “See the leaderboard”—click to open the leaderboard.

      On Web:

      • Navigation: Look for “Leaderboard” under My progress in the left navigation.

      FAQs

      1. Do I have to appear on the leaderboard?
        No. Participation is optional, and you can toggle your visibility in settings anytime.
      2. How often is the leaderboard updated?
        Leaderboard rankings update at different times based on which timeframe you’re viewing. For example, for the “last month” timeframe, we calculate the new leaderboard at the beginning of every month.
      3. What if I just started?
        You’ll still see your rank and personal stats, even if you’re not in the top group yet.
