Benefits of provider certification

When you pass an assessment and earn a provider certification, you get:

• A digital badge. A verifiable badge you can add to your LinkedIn profile, your resume, and your website.
• A printable certificate. Download it from your certification page and display it in your office.
• Continuing education contact hours. Certifying earns you contact hours with no extra coursework.
• Official Neurotone materials. A collection of gear for Certified Providers.

You get the same benefits for each certification you earn. Lace Pro certification and Tinnitus Pro certification each come with their own badge and their own certificate.

Benefits of practice certification

Your practice’s benefits depend on its level. Three of them are only available at higher levels, so check the condition before you count on one.

Available at every level

These come with Lace Pro Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, and with Tinnitus Pro:

• A digital badge for your website. The badge shows your practice’s current level.
• A printable certificate for your office.
• A certified listing on our partner map. Your listing shows your certification level.
• Certified Practice marketing materials for your office, plus official Neurotone materials.

Available from Lace Pro Level 2, and with Tinnitus Pro

• A spotlight in a Neurotone social media post. This starts at Lace Pro Level 2 and is not available at Level 1. It is available with Tinnitus Pro.
• A spotlight in the Neurotone email digest. This also starts at Lace Pro Level 2 and is not available at Level 1. It is available with Tinnitus Pro.

Benefits by level

How the two work together

Your practice’s level is calculated from how many of your team members hold a provider certification. Every provider certification your team earns moves your practice toward its next level. Your own certification counts toward your practice’s percentage, and your practice’s level unlocks benefits you cannot earn on your own.
