iPad setup and troubleshooting

Setup

Your iPad(s) should arrive at your clinic in advance of your onboarding date with your account manager. Nothing needs to be done with the iPads until your onboarding date, however, you are welcome to unpack the iPads and use the charging station provided. 

Once you meet with your Account Manager, they will help you to connect the iPads to your wi-fi network. The iPad will be configured in single app or "kiosk" mode meaning that the device can only be used to access the Lace AI Pro patient demo.

The iPad and connected wired headphones should be sanitized and provided to each patient upon check-in as they wait for their appointment.
