Use the patient progress dashboard to review a patient’s tinnitus training, time spent, and survey trends.
Before you start
- Make sure the patient has Tinnitus Pro enabled. If not, you’ll see an empty state with a Learn more button.
- If you need to enable access, see How to enable Tinnitus Pro for a patient.
Open a patient’s progress
- Go to Manage patients.
- Find the patient and click View details.
- On the Patient progress dashboard, select the Tinnitus Pro tab (next to Lace AI Pro).

What you can see
Session summary cards
- Last session date
- Total session time (all time)
- Longest session duration

Total session time by mode (chart)
- Stacked time by Therapy, Relief, Sleep, and Meditation.
- Hover to see exact time per mode on a given day.

Tinnitus perception
- Most recent score out of 20 with an impact label (e.g., Minimal impact).
- Average of the last 3 scores.
- Survey scale reference:
- 0–4 Minimal
- 5–8 Mild
- 9–12 Moderate
- 13–16 Severe
- 17–20 Very severe
- 0–4 Minimal

Score over time (trend)
- Line chart of perception scores across check-ins.

Survey history
- List of past check-ins with the total score and expandable item responses.

Empty state (no Tinnitus Pro)
- You’ll see “No data for Tinnitus Pro.”
- Click Learn more to see how to add Tinnitus Pro for this patient.
Tips
- Ask patients to complete regular tinnitus check-ins to keep the perception score current.
- Encourage consistent sessions to build time in different modes.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see the Tinnitus Pro tab.
- The patient likely doesn’t have Tinnitus Pro. Enable it for the patient or check that your practice has Tinnitus Pro.
Times look low or missing.
- Confirm the patient is logging in and completing sessions in the mobile app.
