Give your patients access to evidence-based sound therapy and guided education by turning on Tinnitus Pro in the Pro Portal.
Before you start
- You need access to Settings → Plans and billing in the Pro Portal.
- Make sure your practice has a valid payment method on file.
- If you already have Lace AI Pro, you’ll see any multi-product discounts and promotions on the Tinnitus Pro card. Prices shown there only apply to you.
Step-by-step
- Open Pro Portal and go to Settings → Plans and billing.

- In Overview, find the Tinnitus Pro Unlimited card (it will show as Inactive if you don’t have it yet).

- Review the details on the card:
- Included providers and cost for additional providers
- Any active promotions or partner specials
- Your estimated total per month
- Included providers and cost for additional providers
- Click Activate Tinnitus Pro.

- You’ll see a confirmation modal, “We’ll get right on it!”
- This sends a note to your account manager.
- Keep an eye on your email for next steps.
- This sends a note to your account manager.

- After you close the modal, you can return to Plans and billing at any time to review status and pricing.
What happens next
- Your account manager will contact you to confirm details (start date, pricing shown on the card, and any discounts).
- They’ll complete activation and let you know when Tinnitus Pro is ready for your team.
- Billing will follow the terms shown on your card and in your agreement.
FAQs
Will I be billed right away?
Billing begins based on the start date your account manager confirms with you. If your start date falls on a day that is not your billing cycle charge date, there will be a prorated charge for accessing Tinnitus Pro. The amount you see on the card (including discounts) is what applies.
Do I need Lace AI Pro first?
No. If you do have Lace AI Pro, you may see a multi-product discount on the Tinnitus Pro card.
How are providers counted?
The card shows how many providers are included and the price per additional provider. You can adjust license counts with your account manager.
I don’t see the Activate button.
You may not have permissions to manage plans, or your practice may be missing a payment method. Contact your account manager if the button is missing or disabled.
Can I turn it off later?
Talk to your account manager about changes, cancellations, or adjustments to provider counts.
