Pro Portal: How to Add a Patient

Step by step directions: how to add a new patient in the Pro Portal

  • Navigate to the Sidebar: Click on Patients.
  • Add a Patient
  • Enter Patient Details, noting the following details in particular:
      • Phone Number: This will be their login authentication for the Mobile app.
      • Display Name: This will be visible in the mobile app. We recommend using the patient's preferred first name as their display name.
      • Phone number: This must be a cell phone capable of receiving text messages, as it will be used by the patient to download and log in to the mobile app.
      • The patient will automatically be assigned to the doctor who creates their profile. Clinic administrators have the option to reassign the patient to another team member as needed.
  • Confirm Payment: Once payment is processed, the patient will receive login credentials for the mobile app via email and text message.
