Pro Portal: How to Add a Patient (Patient Billing)

Step by step directions: how to add a new patient in the Pro Portal

  1. Navigate to the Sidebar: Click on Patients.
  2. Add a Patient: Click Add a Patient.
  3. Enter Patient Details:
    • Phone Number: This will be their login authentication for the Mobile app.
    • Display Name: This will be used in the Mobile App.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Choose the Patient License Amount.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Enter Patient Billing Information.
  8. Process Payment: Once payment is processed, the patient will receive login credentials for the Mobile App.
