Step by step directions: how to add a new patient in the Pro Portal
- Navigate to the Sidebar: Click on Patients.
- Add a Patient: Click Add a Patient.
- Enter Patient Details:
- Phone Number: This will be their login authentication for the Mobile app.
- Display Name: This will be used in the Mobile App.
- Click Continue.
- Choose the Patient License Amount.
- Select Continue.
- Enter Patient Billing Information.
- Process Payment: Once payment is processed, the patient will receive login credentials for the Mobile App.
