How to access Tinnitus Pro

If your clinic has already turned on Tinnitus Pro for you, you can open it from the app in a few taps.

Before you start

  • You must have access from your provider.
    If you are not enabled yet, follow How to request Tinnitus Pro and tap I’m interested on the info screen. Your clinic will contact you and enable access.


Open Tinnitus Pro in the app

  1. Open the app to the Home screen.

  2. Tap the product switcher (the button that shows your current program, like “Lace AI Pro”).
  3. Choose Tinnitus Pro.



If you have access, you will go straight to the Tinnitus Pro home screen.


What you will see on the Tinnitus Pro home screen

  • Shortcuts to Therapy, Relief, Meditation, Learn, and My Progress.

  • Your daily streak and tips to get started.


If you do not land on the Tinnitus Pro home screen

  • You may see an info screen with an I’m interested button. That means your clinic has not enabled Tinnitus Pro yet. Tap the button to request access, or contact your provider.

  • If Tinnitus Pro does not appear in the switcher: update the app, close and reopen, then try again.
