After completing their standard clinic intake forms, your receptionist will invite patients to engage with an interactive Lace AI Pro demo using a tablet and headphones. The tablet will be in "kiosk mode," with the Lace AI Pro patient demo preloaded on the screen. This simplifies the experience for both staff and patients by restricting access to settings and focusing the patient on the interactive demo.
The demo takes about five minutes and can be completed while the patient waits for their appointment. After finishing the demo or when called for their appointment, patients will return the tablet and headphones to the receptionist for sanitizing and preparation for the next patient.
A helpful tip for staff: Ask about the patient's experience with the demo while escorting them to the consultation room. This can provide immediate feedback and help personalize their upcoming session.
