- Be sure iPads are shut down and charge overnight with provided charging station behind the check-in desk
- Confirm wi-fi connection at the start of each day for each iPad
Desktop / Laptop Setup
We want to make it easy to navigate to the Pro Portal login page on each computer used to at checkout and/or for patient monitoring. Consider any or all of the following to easily navigate and to use the Pro Portal.- Add it as a bookmark
- Create a desktop shortcut
- Auto launch page when browser opens
- Pin to the taskbar
- Allow for popups from the site
