What can be updated on the clinic settings page in the Pro Portal?

Clinic Details

Your clinic account information is what we have on file. Please note that the address is used for the mobile app. From this page, you can update the following details:
  • Clinic name
  • Contact name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code 

 

Branding:

From this page, you can update the following:
    • Branding Logo
    • Custom Theme
    • Web Links
    • Book an Appointment Link
    • Office Hours
    All these items will be displayed on the mobile app clinic page. You can preview the logo and theme to see the changes in the Mobile app.

 

Team Members:

This is where you add your users.

 

Transactions:

This section provides an itemized list of what was sold per month. You can view transactions for all clinics or just the clinic you are part of.

Payout History

This page shows all the payouts that have been previously sent to the practice based on the sales generated.

 

License Pricing

Set the standard license price for your clinic. This amount will automatically be selected when processing patient checkouts.
